These are the rest of our family. All of these dogs are neutered or spayed. We love them just as much as the breeding crew and the puppies. They all get lots of attention and care. They all have a spot in our hearts.
This is Raisin. (aka Sumr Snows Choklit Raisin a Rukus). He is my doll baby and wants nothing more than to be in my lap at all times. He was suppose to be my stud dog for Cara, but he retained his “raisins” and I had to neuter him. It broke my heart. To the right, he’s waiting for me to come back to my chair.
Cowboy was my first Schnauzer. He is such a perfect gentleman and has been since he was little. He is the perfect dog and can do no wrong! He’s done a lot of babysitting for me. Here he’s hanging out with Spur, our Doberman. To the right, he’s enjoying the leaves. :o)
This is Itchy. We found her on the road when she was only a few months old. She was covered in ticks and fleas and she had sarcoptic mange. Hence her name. She’s been the best dog a family could have. Very protective and very smart. She has one ear that lies down and one that stands up.
Spur is our Doberman. He’s a big dog, around 100#. He was 75# at 7 months old. They cropped his tail too long. He’s a good boy and he loves play with my son. He and Vegas run around the front yard like bullets richocheting. They’re pretty funny to watch. I don’t crop any of my dogs’ ears if I don’t have to.
Vegas is my husband’s dog. I purposely didn’t show him as much attention when he was a puppy so that he would bond to my husband instead of me. Otherwise he’d have looked to me as his mom, like all of the other dogs do! He’s a gentle soul and chases butterflies and bees. He’s hardly ever still, which is why I took this picture. ;o)
Everyone gets alone well with one another here. There are very few “discussions”. Arguments are not allowed! This is Spur, Rodeo and Cowboy sleeping together.
Cara and Raisin sacked out together in the house.
